Here's an easy dip recipe to get you started... now GO TEAM!
1 8 oz container of sour cream
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 tbsp sliced green onions
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp horseradish
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Garnishes: fresh chives, ground pepper
Stir together first 8 ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve (up to 24 hours). Garnish if desired.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
